תנאי שימוש — TravelOS

השירות מופעל על ידי N.M Builders & Development LLC, חברה בערבון מוגבל הרשומה במדינת טקסס, ארה"ב, הפועלת בשם המסחרי TravelOS ("החברה", "אנחנו"). בהרשמה או בשימוש באפליקציה אתה מאשר שקראת ואתה מסכים לתנאים אלה ולמדיניות הפרטיות.

1. שימוש באפליקציה

• האפליקציה מיועדת למטיילים בדרום ומרכז אמריקה
• שימוש באחריות המשתמש בלבד
• המידע מוצע כעזר ולא תחליף לייעוץ מקצועי

1א. גיל וחשבון

• השירות מיועד לבני 18 ומעלה בלבד. בהרשמה אתה מצהיר שמלאו לך 18.
• אם נודע לנו שחשבון שייך למי שטרם מלאו לו 18, נסגור אותו ונמחק את נתוניו.
• חשבון אחד לאדם. אין להתחזות לאחר. אתה אחראי לשמירת פרטי הגישה ולפעולות שנעשות בחשבונך.

2. תוכן

• מידע על ויזות, חיסונים ובריאות, ביטחון, מעברי גבול, תחבורה, לוחות זמנים ומחירים מוצג כעזר כללי ומתוארך, ואינו ייעוץ משפטי, רפואי או הגירתי.
• לפני נסיעה בדקו מול השגרירות, משרד החוץ, מרפאת מטיילים או רופא, וחברת התחבורה.
• מחירים, שערי מטבע והמרות הם הערכה. המחיר הקובע הוא של הספק בעת ההזמנה.

2א. סוכן AI

• תשובות סוכן ה-AI, מסלולים שנבנים אוטומטית, תמלול קולי וסריקת קבלות ופוליסות מופקים על ידי מודלים של צד שלישי (Anthropic, Deepgram). הם עלולים להיות שגויים, חלקיים או לא עדכניים — כולל שעות, מחירים, דרישות כניסה ובטיחות.
• אין להסתמך עליהם להחלטות רפואיות, משפטיות, הגירתיות, ביטוחיות, פיננסיות או בטיחותיות. בדקו מול מקור רשמי.
• אין להשתמש בתכונות ה-AI ליצירת תוכן לא חוקי, פוגעני או מטעה.

3. תשלומים

• בשלב ההשקה כל הפיצ'רים פתוחים ללא תשלום
• אין כרגע מנויים למטיילים
• לעסקים: פרסום מודעה בעיר אחת לתקופה קבועה נרכש בתוך האפליקציה דרך Apple, ורק אחרי שהמודעה אושרה. המחיר והתקופה מוצגים במסך התשלום של Apple לפני האישור, ואין חידוש אוטומטי
• אם וכאשר ייכנסו תוכניות בתשלום, המחירים והתנאים יוצגו מראש לפני כל חיוב

3א. חיבור בנק וחלוקת הוצאות

• חיבור בנק נעשה דרך Salt Edge בהרשאת קריאה בלבד. איננו יכולים לבצע פעולות בחשבונך ואיננו שומרים את פרטי הכניסה לבנק.
• חלוקת ההוצאות מחשבת מי חייב למי. התשלום עצמו נעשה באפליקציות חיצוניות (למשל Bit, PayBox) לפי תנאיהן. איננו מחזיקים, מעבירים או מבטיחים כסף.
• סיווג אוטומטי, זיהוי הוצאות והמרת מטבע הם הערכה — בדקו את הנתונים לפני שאתם מסתמכים עליהם.

4. קישורי שותפים (Affiliate)

• חלק מההמלצות באפליקציה ובאתר הן קישורי שותפים. הזמנה שמתבצעת דרכם עשויה לזכות אותנו בעמלה מהספק — בלי תוספת עלות לך, והמחיר שאתה משלם אינו משתנה בגללם
• אנחנו מתווכים ולא מוכרים: איננו צד לעסקה מול הספק, והאחריות לשירות עצמו היא של הספק
• העמלה אינה קובעת את סדר ההמלצות. המלצה נשארת המלצה גם כשאין מאחוריה עמלה
• איננו מעבירים לשותפים את נתוני הטיול, ההוצאות או המיקום שלך. מרגע המעבר לאתר השותף חלה מדיניות הפרטיות שלו

4א. מודעות של עסקים

• מודעה של עסק מסומנת תמיד “מודעה”, ומוצגת לכל היותר פעם ביום ורק בעיר שבה אתה נמצא
• כל מודעה נבדקת לפני שהיא עולה; אנו רשאים לדחות או להוריד מודעה שמטעה, פוגענית או לא חוקית
• אנחנו לא צד לעסקה בינך לבין העסק המפרסם, והאחריות לשירות ולהטבה שבמודעה היא של העסק
• עסק שמפרסם אחראי לנכונות המודעה ולזכויות בתמונה ובתוכן שמסר

4ב. הוכחת יציאה ומסמכי נסיעה

• האפליקציה אינה יוצרת, עורכת, מנפיקה או מציגה כרטיסי טיסה, הזמנות, קודי הזמנה או מסמכי נסיעה מכל סוג
• מסך "כרטיס יציאה זמני" מקשר בלבד לשירותים של צד שלישי (השכרת הזמנת המשך, כרטיס אוטובוס, כרטיס טיסה). כל הזמנה מונפקת על ידי אותו צד שלישי לפי תנאיו, והאחריות לה, לתוקפה ולביטולה היא שלו
• ההחלטה אם להעלות אותך למטוס או לאפשר לך להיכנס למדינה היא של חברת התעופה ושל רשויות הגבול בלבד. איננו אחראים להחלטה כזו ולתוצאותיה
• דרישות הכניסה משתנות. המידע באפליקציה מתוארך ואינו תחליף לבדיקה — אמתו מול חברת התעופה או השגרירות לפני הנסיעה
• עליך למסור לרשויות ולחברות התעופה מידע אמיתי ומלא בלבד. אין להשתמש באפליקציה או בשירותים שהיא מקשרת אליהם כדי להטעות רשות או חברת תעופה

4ג. תנאים למפרסמים

• מפרסם הוא עסק פעיל בעל ההיתרים הנדרשים, בגיר, שמוסר פרטים נכונים.
• אסור לפרסם: הימורים, סמים, נשק, תוכן מיני או שירותי ליווי, הטבות מטעות, ומוצרים או שירותים לא חוקיים במקום שבו הם מוצעים.
• מודעה למסיבה, בר או אלכוהול תציין "18+" (או גיל השתייה החוקי במדינה, הגבוה מביניהם), ולא תעודד שתייה מופרזת או נהיגה בשכרות.
• אנו רשאים לסרב למודעה או להסיר אותה לפי שיקול דעתנו. איננו מתחייבים למספר צפיות, לחיצות או לקוחות.
• התשלום נעשה דרך Apple בלבד; החזרים לפי מדיניות Apple ומדיניות הביטול וההחזר שלנו.
• המפרסם אחראי לכל טענה שתעלה בשל המודעה או השירות שלו, ויפצה אותנו על נזק שנגרם מהפרת תנאים אלה.

4ד. הזמנות אצל ספקים חיצוניים — אנחנו מתווכים בלבד

• TravelOS אינה סוכנות נסיעות, אינה מוכרת ואינה צד לשום הזמנה.
• כל טיסה, לינה, העברה, אוטובוס או מעבורת, סיור, eSIM, ביטוח וכל הזמנה אחרת שנעשית דרך קישור של שותף היא חוזה בינך לבין ספק ההזמנה או המפעיל בלבד.
• מחירים, זמינות, שינויים, ביטולים, החזרים, עיכובים, איכות, בטיחות ושירות לקוחות הם באחריותו הבלעדית של אותו ספק, לפי תנאיו.
• אנחנו רק מציגים מידע וקישורים, ועשויים לקבל עמלה (ראו סעיף 4). איננו מבטיחים שהמידע מדויק או שההצעה זמינה, ואיננו אחראים למעשים או למחדלים של הספק.

5. תוכן משתמש

• ביקורות, צ׳אטים ו-Squads נבדקים — תוכן פוגעני יימחק
• בכל הודעה בצ׳אט ובכל ביקורת ניתן לדווח על תוכן פוגעני ולחסום משתמש; משתמש חסום לא יוצג לך יותר (הגדרות ← משתמשים חסומים)
• אנו מטפלים בדיווחים ורשאים להסיר תוכן ולחסום משתמשים תוך 24 שעות
• אתה אחראי לתוכן שפרסמת
• אנו רשאים להסיר תוכן ללא הודעה
• התוכן שלך נשאר שלך. בפרסום תוכן (תמונה, ביקורת, פוסט, מודעה בשוק, הודעה, הקלטה) אתה מעניק לנו רישיון לא-בלעדי, עולמי וללא תמלוגים לאחסן, להציג, להעתיק לצורך תפעול, להתאים לתצוגה (למשל הקטנת תמונה) ולהפיץ אותו בתוך השירות ובשיתופים שאתה יוזם. הרישיון מסתיים כשאתה מוחק את התוכן או את החשבון, למעט מה שכבר שותף על ידי אחרים ועותקי גיבוי לתקופה מוגבלת.
• אתה מצהיר שיש לך את כל הזכויות בתוכן ושאין בו פגיעה בזכויות יוצרים, בפרטיות או בשם הטוב של אחר. אין לפרסם תמונה של אדם מזוהה בלי הסכמתו.
• אסור לפרסם: עירום או תוכן מיני, הטרדה, איומים, הסתה או שנאה, מידע אישי של אחרים, ספאם או פרסום מסחרי שלא דרך מסלול המודעות, הונאה ותוכן לא חוקי.
• הפרת זכויות יוצרים (לרבות לפי חוק ה-DMCA האמריקאי, 17 U.S.C. §512): שלחו לנציג זכויות היוצרים של N.M Builders & Development LLC בכתובת travelosapp1.1@gmail.com: (1) חתימה פיזית או אלקטרונית; (2) פרטי היצירה שלטענתכם הופרה; (3) התוכן המפר ומיקומו (קישור); (4) פרטי קשר; (5) הצהרה שאתם סבורים בתום לב שהשימוש אינו מורשה; (6) הצהרה, תחת עונש על עדות שקר, שההודעה מדויקת ושאתם בעלי הזכויות או מורשים מטעמם. הודעות נגד מטופלות לפי סעיף 512(g). נסיר תוכן מפר ונסגור חשבון של מי שמפר שוב ושוב.

5א. שוק יד שנייה

• השוק הוא לוח מודעות בין מטיילים. איננו המוכרים, איננו הקונים ואיננו צד לעסקה; איננו בודקים פריטים ואיננו מחזיקים או מעבירים כסף.
• האחריות לפריט, לתיאורו, למצבו ולחוקיות מכירתו והעברתו בין מדינות (מכס, יבוא) היא של המוכר והקונה.
• אסור להציע: סמים ואביזריהם, נשק, תחמושת ותרסיסי פלפל, תרופות מרשם, מסמכים ודרכונים, בעלי חיים, חומרים מסוכנים, כסף ומטבע וירטואלי, ופריטים גנובים או מזויפים. אנו רשאים להסיר מודעה ולחסום משתמש.
• נפגשים במקום ציבורי, בודקים את הפריט ומשלמים רק מולו.

5ב. מפגשים ושותפים לטיול

• לוח השותפים, הקבוצות והצ׳אט מאפשרים להכיר מטיילים אחרים. איננו מאמתים זהות, רקע או כוונות ואיננו עורכים בדיקות רקע.
• כל מפגש, נסיעה משותפת או עסקה עם משתמש אחר הם באחריותך. נפגשים במקום ציבורי, מספרים לחבר לאן הולכים, ולא מוסרים מסמכים או כסף מראש.
• בסכנה — פנו קודם למשטרה המקומית. אפשר לדווח לנו על משתמש מכל שיחה.

5ג. מעגל, שיתוף מיקום ו-SOS

• שיתוף המיקום וכפתור ה-SOS הם כלי לתקשורת עם אנשים שבחרת. הם אינם שירות חירום, אינם מחוברים למשטרה, לאמבולנס או לחילוץ, ואינם מבטיחים שהודעה תגיע או שמישהו יגיב.
• המיקום תלוי במכשיר, בהרשאות, בסוללה ובקליטה, ועלול להיות לא מדויק, מאוחר או לא זמין.
• בחירום — התקשרו קודם למספר החירום של המדינה (מופיע בתיקיית המדינה באפליקציה) ולשגרירות של מדינתכם.
• הזמנת אדם למעגל מחייבת את הסכמתו. אפשר להפסיק שיתוף בכל עת.

6. אחריות

• השירות ניתן "כמות שהוא" ו"כפי שהוא זמין". במידה המרבית שהדין מתיר, איננו נותנים אחריות מפורשת או משתמעת, לרבות לסחירות, להתאמה למטרה, לדיוק או לזמינות רציפה.
• איננו אחראים למעשים או מחדלים של משתמשים אחרים, עסקים מפרסמים, ספקים ושותפים (תעופה, לינה, ביטוח, eSIM, תחבורה) או לתוכן באתריהם. הזמנה אצל ספק חיצוני כפופה לסעיף 4ד.
• במידה המרבית שהדין מתיר, לא נהיה אחראים לנזק עקיף, תוצאתי, מיוחד או עונשי, או לאובדן רווח, נתונים או הזדמנות.
• אחריותנו הכוללת מוגבלת לגבוה מבין הסכום ששילמת לנו ב-12 החודשים שקדמו לאירוע או 100 דולר ארה"ב.
• אין באמור כדי לגרוע מאחריות שלא ניתן להגביל לפי דין, לרבות לנזק גוף שנגרם ברשלנות או במזיד, ומזכויות צרכן שאינן ניתנות להתנאה.

6א. שיפוי

במידה שהדין מתיר, תשפה אותנו בגין תביעה של צד שלישי הנובעת מתוכן שפרסמת, מהפרת תנאים אלה על ידך, או מעסקה או מפגש שלך עם משתמש אחר.

7. שינויים, השעיה וסגירה

• על שינוי מהותי נודיע באפליקציה או במייל לפחות 14 יום מראש, אלא אם נדרש שינוי מיידי לפי דין או מטעמי בטיחות. המשך שימוש אחרי מועד התחולה = הסכמה. אם אינך מסכים — אפשר למחוק את החשבון.
• אפשר להפסיק את השימוש ולמחוק את החשבון בכל עת. אנו רשאים להשעות או לסגור חשבון שמפר את התנאים, מסכן אחרים, או כשהדין מחייב.

8. דין ושיפוט

• על תנאים אלה חלים דיני מדינת טקסס, ארה"ב, והדין הפדרלי של ארה"ב, בלי לגרוע מהגנות צרכניות שאינן ניתנות להתנאה לפי דין מקום מגוריך.
• צרכן תושב ישראל רשאי להגיש תביעה גם לבית המשפט המוסמך בישראל, ויחולו עליו הוראות הדין הישראלי שאינן ניתנות להתנאה.
• לתושבי ארה"ב: מחלוקת תוכרע בבוררות אישית לפי כללי AAA לצרכנים, ללא תובענה ייצוגית, למעט תביעות קטנות. אפשר לבטל את ההסכמה לבוררות במייל ל-travelosapp1.1@gmail.com תוך 30 יום מההרשמה.

9. Apple / App Store

תנאים אלה הם בינך לבין החברה, לא בינך לבין Apple. Apple אינה אחראית לאפליקציה, לתחזוקתה, לתמיכה בה או לטענות בקשר אליה (לרבות אחריות מוצר, עמידה בדין וקניין רוחני). אם האפליקציה אינה עומדת באחריות שחלה עליה, תוכל להודיע ל-Apple והיא תחזיר את מחיר הרכישה אם שולם; מעבר לכך אין ל-Apple חובת אחריות. Apple וחברות הבת שלה הן צד שלישי מוטב של תנאים אלה ורשאיות לאכוף אותם. אתה מצהיר שאינך נמצא במדינה תחת אמברגו של ארה"ב ואינך ברשימת גורמים מוגבלים של ממשלת ארה"ב.

10. כללי

אם הוראה כלשהי תימצא בלתי אכיפה, שאר התנאים יישארו בתוקף. תנאים אלה, מדיניות הפרטיות ומדיניות הביטול וההחזר הם ההסכם המלא בינינו. מסמכים אלה מתפרסמים בעברית ובאנגלית; במקרה של סתירה בין הנוסחים — הנוסח העברי הוא הקובע.

Terms of Use — TravelOS

The service is operated by N.M Builders & Development LLC, a Texas (USA) limited liability company doing business as TravelOS ("the Company", "we"). By signing up for or using the app you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.

1. Using the app

• The app is intended for travelers in South and Central America
• Use is at the user's own risk
• The information is offered as a guide, not a substitute for professional advice

1a. Age and account

• The service is for people aged 18 and over only. By signing up you confirm you are 18 or older.
• If we learn that an account belongs to someone under 18, we will close it and delete its data.
• One account per person. Do not impersonate anyone. You are responsible for your login details and for activity in your account.

2. Content

• Information on visas, vaccines and health, safety, border crossings, transport, schedules and prices is general, dated guidance — not legal, medical or immigration advice.
• Before you travel, check with the embassy, the foreign ministry, a travel clinic or doctor, and the transport operator.
• Prices, exchange rates and conversions are estimates. The supplier's price at booking is the one that counts.

2a. AI features

• AI Agent answers, auto-built itineraries, voice transcription and receipt/policy scanning are produced by third-party models (Anthropic, Deepgram). They can be wrong, incomplete or out of date — including opening hours, prices, entry requirements and safety.
• Do not rely on them for medical, legal, immigration, insurance, financial or safety decisions. Check an official source.
• Do not use the AI features to create unlawful, abusive or misleading content.

3. Payments

• During launch, all features are open at no charge
• There are currently no subscriptions for travelers
• For businesses: an ad in one city for a fixed period is bought in the app through Apple, and only after the ad was approved. The price and period are shown on Apple's payment sheet before you confirm, and nothing renews automatically
• If paid plans are introduced, prices and terms will be shown upfront before any charge

3a. Bank connection and expense splitting

• Bank connections run through Salt Edge with read-only access. We cannot make transactions and never store your bank login.
• Splitting calculates who owes whom. Payment itself happens in external apps (e.g. Bit, PayBox) under their terms. We never hold, transfer or guarantee money.
• Automatic categorisation, expense detection and currency conversion are estimates — check them before relying on them.

4. Affiliate links

• Some recommendations in the app and on the site are affiliate links. A booking made through them may earn us a commission from the supplier — at no extra cost to you, and the price you pay does not change because of them
• We are an intermediary, not a seller: we are not a party to your transaction with the supplier, who remains responsible for the service itself
• Commission does not determine the order of recommendations. A recommendation stands whether or not a commission exists behind it
• We do not pass partners your trip, expense or location data. Once you reach the partner's site, their privacy policy applies

4a. Business ads

• A business's ad is always labelled “Ad”, and is shown at most once a day, only in the city you are in
• Every ad is reviewed before it runs; we may refuse or take down an ad that is misleading, offensive or unlawful
• We are not a party to any transaction between you and the advertising business, which is responsible for its service and for any offer in the ad
• An advertising business is responsible for the accuracy of its ad and for the rights to the photo and content it provides

4b. Proof of onward travel and travel documents

• The app does not create, edit, issue or display flight tickets, reservations, reservation codes or travel documents of any kind
• The "Temporary onward ticket" screen only links to third-party services (an onward-reservation rental, a bus ticket, a flight ticket). Every reservation is issued by that third party under its own terms, and it is responsible for the reservation, its validity and its cancellation
• Whether you are boarded or admitted to a country is decided solely by the airline and the border authorities. We are not responsible for any such decision or its consequences
• Entry requirements change. The information in the app is dated and is not a substitute for checking — verify with the airline or the embassy before you travel
• You must give authorities and airlines truthful and complete information only. Do not use the app, or the services it links to, to mislead an authority or an airline

4c. Advertiser terms

• An advertiser is an operating business holding the required permits, run by an adult, providing truthful details.
• Not allowed: gambling, drugs, weapons, sexual content or escort services, misleading offers, and goods or services unlawful where offered.
• Party, bar or alcohol ads must show "18+" (or the local legal drinking age, whichever is higher) and must not encourage excessive drinking or drink-driving.
• We may refuse or remove any ad at our discretion. We do not guarantee views, taps or customers.
• Payment is through Apple only; refunds follow Apple's policy and our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
• The advertiser is responsible for any claim arising from its ad or service and will compensate us for loss caused by a breach of these terms.

4d. Bookings with third-party providers — we are an intermediary only

• TravelOS is not a travel agent, not a seller and not a party to any booking.
• Every flight, stay, transfer, bus or ferry, tour, eSIM, insurance policy and any other booking made through a partner link is a contract between you and the booking provider or operator only.
• Prices, availability, changes, cancellations, refunds, delays, quality, safety and customer service are the sole responsibility of that provider, under its own terms.
• We only display information and links, and may earn a commission (see section 4). We do not guarantee that the information is accurate or that an offer is available, and we are not liable for the provider's acts or omissions.

5. User content

• Reviews, chats and Squads are moderated — offensive content will be removed
• Every chat message and every review can be reported, and any user can be blocked; a blocked user's content is never shown to you again (Settings → Blocked users)
• We act on reports and may remove content and block users within 24 hours
• You are responsible for content you post
• We may remove content without notice
• Your content stays yours. By posting content (a photo, review, post, marketplace listing, message or recording) you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display, copy for operation, adapt for display (e.g. resize) and distribute it within the service and in shares you start. The licence ends when you delete the content or your account, except for what others have already shared and backup copies for a limited period.
• You confirm you hold all rights to your content and that it does not infringe anyone's copyright, privacy or reputation. Do not post a photo of an identifiable person without their consent.
• Not allowed: nudity or sexual content, harassment, threats, incitement or hate, other people's personal data, spam or commercial promotion outside the ads programme, fraud, and unlawful content.
• Copyright complaints (including under the US DMCA, 17 U.S.C. §512): send to the copyright agent of N.M Builders & Development LLC at travelosapp1.1@gmail.com: (1) your physical or electronic signature; (2) the work claimed to be infringed; (3) the material and its location (link); (4) your contact details; (5) a statement of good-faith belief that the use is not authorised; (6) a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the notice is accurate and that you are authorised to act. Counter-notices are handled under §512(g). Accounts of repeat infringers are terminated.

5a. Marketplace

• The marketplace is a noticeboard between travellers. We are not the seller, not the buyer and not a party to any sale; we do not inspect items and never hold or transfer money.
• The seller and buyer are responsible for the item, its description and condition, and for whether it may lawfully be sold and moved across borders (customs, import).
• Not allowed: drugs and paraphernalia, weapons, ammunition and pepper spray, prescription medicines, documents and passports, animals, hazardous materials, money and crypto-assets, and stolen or counterfeit goods. We may remove a listing and block a user.
• Meet in a public place, inspect the item, and pay only in front of it.

5b. Meeting other travellers

• The buddies board, groups and chat let you meet other travellers. We do not verify identity, background or intentions and do not run background checks.
• Any meeting, shared trip or deal with another user is at your own risk. Meet in public, tell a friend where you are going, and never hand over documents or money upfront.
• If you are in danger, contact the local police first. You can report a user from any conversation.

5c. Circle, location sharing and SOS

• Location sharing and the SOS button are tools for reaching people you chose. They are not an emergency service, are not connected to police, ambulance or rescue, and do not guarantee that a message is delivered or answered.
• Location depends on your device, permissions, battery and signal, and may be inaccurate, delayed or unavailable.
• In an emergency, first call the country's emergency number (shown in the app's country folder) and your embassy.
• Invite people to your Circle only with their consent. You can stop sharing at any time.

6. Liability

• The service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we give no express or implied warranties, including of merchantability, fitness for a purpose, accuracy or uninterrupted availability.
• We are not responsible for the acts or omissions of other users, advertisers, suppliers and partners (airlines, lodging, insurance, eSIM, transport) or for content on their sites. A booking with a third-party provider is governed by section 4d.
• To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, consequential, special or punitive damages, or for loss of profit, data or opportunity.
• Our total liability is limited to the greater of what you paid us in the 12 months before the event or 100 US dollars.
• Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for personal injury caused by negligence or wilful misconduct, or any non-waivable consumer rights.

6a. Indemnity

To the extent the law allows, you will indemnify us against third-party claims arising from content you posted, your breach of these Terms, or your dealings or meetings with another user.

7. Changes, suspension and closure

• We will give at least 14 days' notice of a material change, in the app or by email, unless an immediate change is required by law or for safety. Continued use after the effective date = acceptance. If you disagree, you can delete your account.
• You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these Terms, endangers others, or where the law requires.

8. Governing law and disputes

• These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, and US federal law, without depriving you of consumer protections that cannot be waived under the law of where you live.
• A consumer resident in Israel may also bring a claim in the competent Israeli court, and the non-waivable provisions of Israeli law will apply.
• US residents: disputes are resolved by individual arbitration under the AAA Consumer Rules, with no class actions, except for small-claims cases. You can opt out of arbitration by emailing travelosapp1.1@gmail.com within 30 days of signing up.

9. Apple / App Store

These Terms are between you and the Company, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the app, its maintenance or support, or any claims relating to it (including product liability, legal compliance and intellectual property). If the app fails to conform to an applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, which will refund the purchase price (if any); Apple has no other warranty obligation. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them. You confirm you are not in a US-embargoed country and not on any US government restricted-party list.

10. General

If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest remain in force. These Terms, the Privacy Policy and the Cancellation & Refund Policy are the entire agreement between us. These documents are published in Hebrew and English; if the two versions conflict, the Hebrew version prevails.
