מדיניות ביטול והחזר — TravelOS

1. המצב היום

למטיילים, בשלב ההשקה כל הפיצ'רים פתוחים ללא תשלום — אין מנויים ואין חיוב. הרכישה היחידה באפליקציה היא מודעה של עסק: תקופה קבועה בעיר אחת, שמשלמים עליה דרך Apple רק אחרי שהמודעה אושרה, בלי חידוש אוטומטי.

• Apple היא הגובה, ולכן בקשת החזר על מודעה מוגשת ל-Apple: reportaproblem.apple.com. איננו יכולים להחזיר תשלום מהצד שלנו.
• אם הורדנו מודעה ששולמה לפני סוף התקופה, נפנה אותך לבקשת החזר מ-Apple ונתמוך בה.

2. אם וכאשר ייכנסו תוכניות בתשלום

• המחיר, אורך התקופה ומועד החידוש יוצגו במסך התשלום לפני האישור.
• רכישה באפליקציה מתבצעת דרך Apple App Store או Google Play. הם הגובים, ולכן בקשת ההחזר מוגשת אליהם — לא אלינו.
• iOS: reportaproblem.apple.com · Android: play.google.com → היסטוריית הזמנות.

3. ביטול עסקה לפי הדין הישראלי

לצרכן עומדת זכות ביטול לפי חוק הגנת הצרכן. בעסקת מכר מרחוק של שירות ניתן לבטל בתוך 14 יום מיום העסקה או מיום קבלת מסמך הפרטים, המאוחר מביניהם, ובלבד שהביטול נעשה לפחות שני ימי עסקים לפני מועד תחילת השירות כשהדבר רלוונטי. לאדם עם מוגבלות, אזרח ותיק או עולה חדש — תקופת הביטול מוארכת לארבעה חודשים, בכפוף לתנאי החוק. דמי ביטול ייגבו רק כמותר בחוק.

4. ביטול מנוי מתמשך

ניתן לבטל מנוי בכל עת מהגדרות המנויים של החנות. הביטול מפסיק את החידוש הבא; התקופה ששולמה כבר נמשכת עד סופה, אלא אם החנות אישרה החזר.

5. מה אנחנו מתחייבים

• לא לגבות ללא הצגת מחיר מראש ואישור מפורש.
• לענות לכל פנייה בנושא חיוב תוך 5 ימי עסקים.
• לסייע מול החנות בכל בקשת החזר — גם כשההחלטה אינה בידינו.

Cancellation & Refund Policy — TravelOS

1. Today

For travelers, every feature is free during launch — no subscriptions, no charges. The only purchase in the app is a business ad: a fixed period in one city, paid through Apple only after the ad was approved, with no automatic renewal.

• Apple is the merchant of record, so a refund for an ad is requested from Apple: reportaproblem.apple.com. We cannot refund a payment from our side.
• If we take down a paid ad before its period ends, we will point you to a refund request with Apple and support it.

2. If paid plans are introduced

• Price, term and renewal date are shown before you confirm.
• Purchases are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play. They are the merchant of record, so refund requests go to them, not to us.
• iOS: reportaproblem.apple.com · Android: play.google.com → Order history.

3. Israeli consumer law

Consumers have a statutory right of cancellation under the Consumer Protection Law. For a distance sale of a service, cancellation is generally available within 14 days of the transaction or of receiving the disclosure document, whichever is later, and — where relevant — at least two business days before the service begins. For a person with a disability, a senior citizen or a new immigrant the window extends to four months, subject to the statutory conditions. Cancellation fees are charged only as permitted by law.

4. Cancelling a recurring subscription

Cancel any time from your store's subscription settings. Cancellation stops the next renewal; the period already paid for runs to its end unless the store grants a refund.

5. What we commit to

• Never to charge without showing the price in advance and taking explicit consent.
• To answer any billing enquiry within 5 business days.
• To help you with the store on any refund request, even when the decision is not ours.
