הצהרת נגישות

TravelOS מחויבת לשירות שוויוני לכל המטיילים, ובכללם אנשים עם מוגבלות, בהתאם לחוק שוויון זכויות לאנשים עם מוגבלות, התשנ"ח-1998, ולתקנות שוויון זכויות לאנשים עם מוגבלות (התאמות נגישות לשירות), התשע"ג-2013.

1. רמת הנגישות

האפליקציה והאתר travelos.app הותאמו לפי התקן הישראלי ת"י 5568 חלק 1, המבוסס על הנחיות WCAG 2.0, ברמה AA.

2. מה עשינו

• כל כפתור ופעולה באפליקציה נושאים תיאור לקורא מסך (VoiceOver ב-iOS, TalkBack באנדרואיד). הדבר נבדק אוטומטית לפני כל גרסה.
• ניגודיות הטקסט נבדקת אוטומטית מול סף WCAG AA.
• האפליקציה מכבדת את הגדלת הגופן של מערכת ההפעלה ואת ההגדרה "הפחתת תנועה".
• ממשק מלא בעברית (מימין לשמאל) ובאנגלית; תאריכים מוצגים ומוקראים בשתי השפות.
• באתר: שפה וכיוון מוגדרים בכל עמוד, מבנה כותרות תקני, קישורים בעלי שם, וניווט מלא במקלדת.

3. מגבלות ידועות

אנחנו ממשיכים לשפר, ואלה המגבלות שאנחנו מכירים כיום:

• מפות — ההתמצאות בתוך המפה עצמה (Apple Maps / Google Maps) מוגבלת עם קורא מסך. רוב המידע שמוצג על המפה מופיע גם כרשימה או כטקסט במסך.
• גרפים — חלק מהגרפים (למשל פילוח הוצאות) מוצגים כתמונה; הסכומים שמאחוריהם מופיעים גם כטקסט באותו מסך.
• תמונות יעדים — רובן דקורטיביות ואינן נושאות תיאור מפורט.
• אתרי שותפים — הזמנת טיסות, לינה, ביטוח ו-eSIM מתבצעת באתר השותף, שנגישותו באחריותו.
• תוכן שמשתמשים מפרסמים (צ׳אט, מודעות, ביקורות) — אין באפשרותנו להבטיח את נגישותו.

רכז הנגישות של TravelOS דוא"ל: travelosapp1.1@gmail.com נשיב תוך 7 ימי עבודה. כדי שנוכל לעזור מהר, ציינו: מה ניסיתם לעשות, באיזה מסך או עמוד, סוג המכשיר וגרסת מערכת ההפעלה, ובאיזו טכנולוגיה מסייעת אתם משתמשים (אם בכלל).

5. הסדרי נגישות פיזיים

TravelOS היא שירות דיגיטלי בלבד. אין לנו משרד או נקודת שירות פתוחה לקהל.

Accessibility Statement (English)

TravelOS is committed to equal service for every traveller, including people with disabilities, in line with Israel's Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities Law (1998) and the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities (Service Accessibility Adjustments) Regulations (2013).

1. Conformance level

The app and the travelos.app website are adapted to Israeli Standard IS 5568 Part 1, which is based on the WCAG 2.0 guidelines, at level AA.

2. What we have done

• Every button and action in the app carries a screen-reader description (VoiceOver on iOS, TalkBack on Android). This is checked automatically before every release.
• Text contrast is checked automatically against the WCAG AA threshold.
• The app honours the operating system's larger text size and the "Reduce Motion" setting.
• A full Hebrew (right-to-left) and English interface; dates are shown and read aloud in both languages.
• On the website: language and direction are declared on every page, headings follow a proper structure, links have names, and everything works with a keyboard.

3. Known limitations

We keep improving, and these are the limitations we know of today:

• Maps — moving around inside the map itself (Apple Maps / Google Maps) is limited with a screen reader. Most of what a map shows also appears as a list or as text on the same screen.
• Charts — some charts (for example the spending breakdown) are drawn as images; the amounts behind them also appear as text on the same screen.
• Destination photos — most are decorative and have no detailed description.
• Partner sites — booking flights, stays, insurance and eSIMs happens on the partner's own website, whose accessibility is the partner's responsibility.
• Content posted by users (chat, listings, reviews) — we cannot guarantee its accessibility.

5. Physical accessibility

TravelOS is a digital-only service. We have no office or service point open to the public.
